Appin’s Coorie Nook House Rules
Welcome to Appin’s Coorie Nook. And thank you for choosing to stay with us at our home in Appin. We want to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. But we do have some House Rules to adhere to.
Please read the information here to insure a safe and comfortable stay with us.
Enjoy your stay, take your time, and let Appin work its quiet magic. We hope this will become a cosy place from which to enjoy your adventures.

Smoking!
Please note that Coorie Nook is non- smoking accommodation. For those requiring to smoke, an ash container has been placed at the foot of the ramp. Please use this, DO NOT throw unfinished cigarettes onto the grass as this can pose a fire hazard when conditions are dry.
No Guests
Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed. Please notify me if you’d like to add any additional guests to your reservation.
Enjoying the location
You are welcome to walk down to the shore if our field is not in use for grazing cattle. Please Do Not enter the field if it is in use. Farm animals can be dangerous and no matter how cute they look, they can inflict serious injuries or death. They may look placid but can outrun you easily. Also, the animals can be quite curious about their new guests. Please do not attempt to feed them.
Music
No loud music or noise between 10pm. and 8am Although this is a rural location, we have neighbours, and this is our home.

No Parties.
No parties allowed. Drug use and excessive drinking are prohibitited
lost keys
Please return the door keys to the key box when going out. And on departure. Lost keys will incur a £150 charge to cover replacement of the locks
Pets.
We are sorry but due to the agricultural nature of our location. we cannot take pets
Candles.
Please do not use candles during you stay. They pose a fire risk especially in the dry summer months. Our insurance does not cover the use of candles, and any damage costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
